[Reduction of Outsourcing Processing Costs] Achieving an In-House Integrated System Except for the Painting Process! Introduction of 'Guard Net' for Headlights.
**Introduction to Sakurai Body's Processing Examples**
We would like to introduce some processing examples that Sakurai Body has handled.
We have produced a "guard net" for headlights. Achieving a uniform thickness throughout requires high skill, but by performing part of the frame shaping and finishing work, such as removing welding marks, by "hand," we realize the ideal shape.
**Processing Methods**
- Steel plate unfolding and cutting (turret punch, laser processing machine)
- Steel plate shaping and bending (hydraulic press, press brake, manual processing)
- Wire mesh unfolding and cutting (manual processing)
- Wire mesh bending (press brake)
- Steel plate frame welding (manual welding)
- Steel plate and wire mesh welding (manual welding)
- Finishing work (removal of welding marks)
**Material:** Hot-rolled steel plate (t1.6), crimped wire mesh (D3.2, 25×25)
**Application:** Guard net for headlights
**Size:** W 430 × D 450 × H 300
Our company consistently handles production excluding the painting process, such as manufacturing assembly jigs in-house, allowing us to reduce outsourcing costs and meet customer requests.
